SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ — For a long time, one of the knocks on downtown Scotch Plains is that “you can’t even get a cup of coffee there.” That complaint is no longer valid as Black Drop Coffee on Park Ave. (across from Darby Road) opened this weekend.
Black Drop bills itself as “Downtown Scotch Plains solution to coffee, specializing in high-quality coffee and espresso along with teas, other beverages and delightful bites.”
