It’s always a good start to the day when you can fit breakfast into your schedule!
For today’s Menu Monday, we are visiting Shirley’s Cafe in Mancelona. 
Shirley’s Cafe was taken over by Marie Kinsler in March of 2020. Kinsler decided to keep the name in honor of the original owner Shirley, who still comes in to enjoy a good meal!
Kinsler actually grew up with Shirley’s kids, and drives the school bus with Shirley’s husband. Her connections were close to the family, so she didn’t think twice when the opportunity came along to take over the place. The recipes at the restaurant are from Shirley’s grandma, so every dish is consistent every time you order it.
You can enjoy breakfast and lunch at Shirley’s Cafe everyday, Monday through Sunday 7am-2pm.
