Norfolk County Sheriff Patrick McDermott will host a series of “Coffee with the Sheriff” visits at local diners to give residents a chance to meet with him one-on-one and discuss issues important to them. 

“The Sheriff’s Office serves the residents of Norfolk County,” McDermott said. “I am committed to ensuring that everyone feels safe and supported, which is why I wanted to meet people in their communities to talk about their priorities for public safety. This is also a great opportunity to showcase some of the amazing restaurants across the county.” 

The events will be an ongoing series from 8 to 9 a.m. at local diners and restaurants across Norfolk County, starting on Jan. 3 with Pam’s Diner, 93 Mechanic St., Bellingham.   

The series will continue on Jan. 7 at Kristin’s Breakfast, 349 Washington St., Braintree; Jan. 10 at Martin’s Coffee Shop, 35 Harvard St., Brookline; Jan. 11 at Kelly’s Place, 110 Washington St., Canton; Jan. 14 at Big Bear, 3 Eastern…
