Geoff and Marsha Wood started their coffee trailer in June 2018 after praying about whether Marsha should leave her job in logistics, Geoff said. They ran the trailer at Deacon Baldy’s, a food truck park on FM 1488 in Magnolia, until Geoff was offered a job with a local property management company.

However, Geoff said the boss would only hire him if he built a coffeehouse on the property, an office complex located at 33130 Magnolia Circle, Magnolia, behind an H-E-B. Geoff said he was skeptical about the location.

Yet he took the job in November 2020, and he and Marsha opened Hebrews Coffeehouse in February. Once the company started selling coffee flights, an assortment of four specialty coffees, they had to change their whole business model to accommodate its popularity, Geoff said.
