MILWAUKEE — Colectivo Coffee is temporarily closings a location in Milwaukee’s Third Ward and another along Madison’s Capitol Square, citing a decline in sales due to COVID-19, according to news reports.
The Milwaukee-based company adds that it is also closing its Troubadour Bakery project in Chicago, which was intended to supply its Chicagoland cafes.
The future of two other Colectivo locations in Milwaukee remains uncertain. Cafes at the U.S. Bank building and at Bayshore Town Center have yet to open.
