WHAT IS COLD BREWED COFFEE?
Also known as cold water extract or cold press or slow brewed—is a surprisingly simple coffee-brewing technique. Rather than hot water being used to extract the flavor from the coffee, which speeds up the brewing process, Cold Brewed coffee is made using ground coffee, a coffee filter, and room temperature/cold water. The grounds are then left to soak in this water for an extended period of time. Although it does take a little longer, the flavor you get is smoother, sweeter, & less acidic than hot brewed coffee. In fact, it is 60-70% less acidic than hot brewed coffee!

PROPRIETARY ROAST BLEND: We use a blend of medium & dark roasted coffee beans to create a unique roast level that is perfect for cold brewed coffee flavor. This creates a cup that is extremely smooth & well-balanced while still being bold!
GRIND YOUR BEANS RIGHT BEFORE BREWING
We do the sourcing, blending, & roasting work for you! For the freshest flavor, just grind your beans to an extra-coarse grind size right before mixing with water. Extra coarse grinds extract the right amount of flavor (& caffeine) into the water without any sediment left over.
SIMPLE TO MAKE AT HOME
If Using French Press:
Grind whole beans to an extra coarse grind size
Add ground coffee & cold, filtered water to French Press (we recommend a 4:1 ratio of water & coffee. For example, 4 cups of cold filtered water to 1 cup of ground coffee)
Stir, cover & leave in fridge overnight
After ~ 12-15 hours, press & enjoy! Brew up to 24 hours if you prefer a stronger brew.
If Using a Mason Jar/Pitcher:
Same process as above, just need to filter the coffee with a mesh filter bag before drinking.
