CROTONA PARK EAST, the Bronx — A worker was arrested after she allegedly struck a man with a coffee pot at a Bronx McDonald’s.

Emonie Reed was taken into custody early Friday and faces charges of assault, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon.

Police responded to a call of a man slashed at McDonald’s along Boston Road near Seabury Place around 11:30 p.m.

Officers arrived at the location to find a man in his 30s with a deep laceration on the left side of his neck, according to police.

He was taken to the hospital in critical condition, authorities said.

According to police sources, the man walked up to the drive-thru window and a verbal altercation ensued. The man spit on Reed, 24, who then picked up a coffee pot and smacked him with it, police sources said.
