Scooter's Coffee holds grand opening in Topeka

Scooter's Coffee held their grand opening in Topeka Friday

The coffee shop is based out of Omaha, Nebraska.

Co-owner Randy Fair says everything they serve is made fresh and from scratch.

He says their goal is to expand throughout the Midwest and they are looking at opening more locations in Topeka.

"The people have been great," Fair said. "We're very excited to be here. We both have a lot of relatives and connections to this part of Kansas, so we're just happy to be here."

Scooter's Coffee is located at 29th and Topeka Blvd.
