UNDATED (WKRC) - A company issued a recall for some of their coffee mugs after discovering they could pose a burn hazard.

Moderne Glass Company’s 15-ounce mugs may crack or break when pouring hot liquids into them, causing a potential burn hazard.

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission says that the ceramic coffee cups that were recalled are black on the outside and white on the inside. There are typically four inches tall and three inches wide and have the model number at the bottom. However, the cups were available as promotional products with company names printed on them, so your cup may look different.

The cups were about $4 and were available at glassamerica.com from February 2021 to February 2022.

Customers are urged to stop using the products immediately, even if they only use the cups for room-temperature liquids. Owners should contact Moderne for a full refund. Moderne has already begun reaching out to all known customers.

There have been no report injuries, according to the CPSC.
