Most of the time when kids put up a hot cocoa stand, they earn spare change. Some preschoolers in Redding, California, raised a lot more than that to help 4-year-old Jasper Mazzocco, who has a rare brain tumor.

People came from all over the support the sweet fundraiser, held in front of a Starbucks store, which donated both supplies and workers.

By the time the last cup of hot cocoa was poured, the children had raised $10,000 to help their classmate.

That gave a nice boost to a GoFundMe campaign to help the family pay for the expensive treatment Japser will need. That campaign is still active for those who would like to donate.
