NORTHBOROUGH — When the U.S. Senate heads back into session next week, Sen. Elizabeth Warren has one simple — albeit lofty — goal: “Get stuff done.”

That’s the message she sent on Wednesday during a stop at Brilla Coffee in Northborough, where she spent time speaking with owners Osiris and Alexis Vallejos, sampling their products and hearing about how the high school sweethearts emigrated from Nicaragua and got into the coffee business (they own another Brilla Coffee in Holden).

Support for small businesses like Brilla Coffee is among Democrat Warren’s top priorities at the moment, as are price gouging, inflation and equity in health care.
